Returns & Exchanges

At Ouidad, we want you to love your curls; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
